Resolved: My ding-tone not working as expected
- I am trying to verify a NEON account with a Dingtone number but am not receiving a code.
- The verification code doesn't display in my Dingtone app.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. actually am really happy my issues have been resolved from the company they replace my purchase with a new item since the one i purchased got issued you really help me in reaching them out thanks so much i will always use your product because is the best i found in this year .

- I cancelled the service about 6 months ago, they still access my account, there are horrible reviews online, and I think a class action is needed.

I was trying to put money on the phone for a friend that had been arrested and was in jail and while doing so this whatever it is got my information and as of yesterday has charged me AGAIN and I want my money back. Never once have I used this app or phone number or whatever a dingtone is.
